Seasoning: Chili noodles, Chili powder, cooked white sesame seeds, extremely fresh soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, pepper oil and rapeseed oil;
Practice:
1. Make a spicy red oil first, and put 1 spoon of Chili noodles, Chili powder, cooked white sesame seeds and garlic in the bowl;
2. Heat the rapeseed oil to 80%, pour it into the bowl for three times, and mix well to form red oil;
3. Wash the cucumber and wrap it with plastic wrap to prevent it from splashing when shooting, and shoot it horizontally with a kitchen knife; Cut the head and tail into sections;
4. Put the cucumber in a large bowl for easy mixing;
5. According to personal taste, add the prepared red oil, garlic, chopped green onion, coriander, cooked peanuts and millet pepper rings;
6. Add very fresh soy sauce or light soy sauce 1 spoon, 2-3 spoons of balsamic vinegar, half a spoonful of sugar, half a spoonful of sesame oil 1 spoon and half a spoonful of pepper oil;
7. Stir well together, and serve on the plate.
