Ingredients: 30-50g ginger, 50g fried rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.
Wash ginger, cut into thin slices, cook porridge with fried rice, add brown sugar and mix well before taking.
Usage Take it while it is hot, and stop taking it after the cold is cured.
Efficacy: relieving exterior sweating, dispelling cold, stopping vomiting and resolving phlegm. Suitable for exogenous cold, nasal congestion and runny nose, cough with thin phlegm and loss of appetite. It can also be used for vomiting due to stomach cold.
Precautions: Do not use it for people with wind-heat cold and stomach-heat vomiting.
