step 4: pour a little oil into the pot, put the yuba into the pot after the oil is hot, and start frying with low fire.
step 5: control the oil pinch out when the surface of fried yuba is golden.
Step 6: Leave a little base oil in the pot, stir-fry the star anise, fragrant leaves, cinnamon and ginger slices in the pot with low fire to get fragrance, and then stir-fry the Chili powder, pepper powder and cumin in the pot to get red oil.
step 7: put the fried yuba into the pot and stir-fry evenly over low heat.
Step 8: Add a little salt and stir well, then pour a spoonful of water along the edge of the pot, turn off the heat when the water is dry, and sprinkle a little cooked white sesame seeds before taking out the pot and mix well, so that the spicy strips are ready.
