1 slice celery, slice carrot, tear cauliflower into small pieces by hand, slice garlic and ginger.
2. Take a pot to boil water. Boil the water and blanch the celery.
3. Pick up the oil pan and cool the oil in a hot pot. When the oil is hot, add garlic and ginger to make it smell good.
Add carrots, cauliflower and celery and stir fry in turn.
Add the right amount of spiced powder and salt (you can follow the taste if you don't eat monosodium glutamate at home).
