As far as I know the main difference between electric pressure cooker and rice cooker is the function, the way of using, the cooking effect and the safety. The electric pressure cooker is more functional and more efficient in high-pressure cooking, but the operation is slightly more complicated; while the rice cooker is simple to operate and mainly used for cooking rice, but the cooking effect is relatively weak. Both have safety protection features, but electric pressure cookers are safer. Which device to choose depends on individual needs and budget.
