figured out how to spend the weekend with her children? Try the goldfish jar jelly! Jelly, which seems to have many steps, is actually not difficult to make at all! As long as you have a microwave oven at home, buy jelly materials and fresh fruits or vegetables, you can create your own small fish tank!

The goldfish mini-water tank developed a few days ago when preparing for the food farmer education course for friends aged 2-5 was unexpectedly welcomed by children. Not only is it highly interactive, fun and interesting, but you can also secretly add vegetables and fruits that children don't like to jelly! It is the butterfly bean curd that has been rammed recently that is used in the jelly. The boiled color is very suitable for the feeling of the ocean with transparent jelly, and then you just need to be creative and squeeze out the shape and fill it with jelly. It's quite simple! (The steps seem to be many, but they are actually some tips for the main jelly! )

Preparing ingredients

(A) Transparent jelly bodies (1ml jelly boxes can hold about 6-7 pieces, Can be increased or decreased in proportion ← some will evaporate when cooking) jelly powder 4g with white sugar 125g cold water 8cc

(B) jelly powder 2g with white sugar 63g hot water 4cc butterfly bean flower 6 petals

(C) goldfish body (about 3-5 1 ml jelly). White bean paste 5g white jade powder 1 teaspoon cold water 1 teaspoon pitaya 1/4 green vegetables 1 handful

Making method and order

(I) Making transparent jelly, mix white sugar and jelly powder evenly, then add water and stir (white sugar can also be used instead of white sugar). Boil the jelly with medium heat, and slowly stir until small bubbles turn to low heat before rolling for 8 minutes. At this time, there is no need to stir the jelly. If there are small bubbles on the surface, pick them up for 8 minutes, then turn off the fire and let them stand for 2 minutes. At the same time, remove the bubbles on the surface for 2 minutes and then pour them into 1/2 cup (if you like the sky more, you can fill them with 2/3 full). If there are small bubbles, remove them and put them into cooling and shaping

(2) Make goldfish body, put white jade powder, water and white bean paste in a microwave heat-resistant container, and heat them in a microwave oven (5w) for 1 minute → knead them evenly and then heat them for 4 seconds → knead them evenly and beat the pitaya and green vegetables into juice respectively (the green vegetables can have their stalks removed and the color will be darker). Use a strainer to filter out the residue (at the same time, you can pick out the pitaya seeds for use as goldfish eyes). Add a small amount of natural pigment to the kneaded white bean paste and knead it to make it non-sticky (only add a little color at a time to avoid being too wet). If it is too wet by accident, throw it into the microwave oven for 1 seconds and divide it into pieces. Pinch into a goldfish shape or any favorite style

(3) Make a marine jelly body (the same as step 1) Soak the butterfly bean flower pigment with hot boiling water and let it cool (or soak it first in step 1). Pick up the petals of the butterfly bean flower that have no color, mix the white sugar and jelly powder well, add the butterfly bean flower water, stir and boil the jelly body with medium heat. When the main jelly is made, slowly stir until small bubbles turn to low heat and then roll for 8 minutes. At this time, there is no need to stir the jelly. If there are small bubbles on the surface, pick them up for 8 minutes, then turn off the fire and let them stand for 2 minutes. At the same time, remove the bubbles on the surface for 2 minutes and then pour them into the jelly cup filled with goldfish.

Although the steps seem to be many, they are actually not difficult! In particular, the goldfish body is like playing with clay, which allows children to decide what to make and put it in jelly. I forgot to take out the pitaya seeds as eyes when I tried, otherwise the finished product would be more like a fish.

Children can give full play to their creativity and squeeze out all kinds of creatures.

When the jelly is cooked, remember to wait until the hot air dissipates before covering it. After cooling, the ice refrigerator will be better shaped. In addition, the natural pigment is easy to dissolve in water, so the red color of the red dragon fruit begins to be slowly absorbed into the jelly after half a day, which has the effect of blooming. Remember to eat all the jelly as soon as possible! At the end of the activity, the remaining jelly was wrapped home for treatment, and it turned into a goldfish in the bag unexpectedly.

well, have a good time with your friends and children!

Editor's Note: The chemical compounds extracted from Butterflies include various triterpenoids, flavonol glycosides, anthocyanins and steroids. At present, a cyclic peptide called butterfly bean peptide has been isolated from the heat-stable part of the extract of butterfly bean flower, but butterfly bean peptide has the function of uterine contraction, so pregnant women should not eat butterfly bean flower. Pregnant mothers should pay attention!
