Method to make the doughnuts
1.Add the milk until it is lukewarm and leave the butter to soften at room temperature
2.Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk.
3. Cream the butter with sugar and beat it well, then add 70 grams of egg mixture and mix it well (don't add all the egg mixture at once, the amount is for reference only)
4. Flour plus milk plus butter and egg mixture together and form a soft and hard dough
5. Place the dough in a warm place and let it rise for an hour or so
6. Add a little bit of flour and a little bit of powdered milk to make a handful of flour and evenly spread it on a thin layer on the surface of the board
7. Spread a thin layer on a board
7. Roll out the dough on the board into a 0.5 cm sheet
8. Use a donut mold to press out the shape on it. For the heart-shaped donuts, I used a small heart-shaped mousse circle for the outer part and a heart-shaped cookie mold for the inner part. If you don't have a donut mold, you can also find a small or large round mold to press. If you don't have a donut mold, you can also find a large and small round mold to press. If you don't have a donut mold, you can roll it into a long strip by hand and then connect the two ends together
9. Heat oil in a pan and turn the heat down to low when the oil is 80% hot
10. Decorate with colorful ponds
