Materials/tools: flour, warm water, dried yeast, sugar, salt, bowls, pots, chopsticks, steamer, steamer and wet cloth.
1, pour the flour into a large bowl. In a basin, dissolve dry yeast and sugar in warm water. Slowly pour the dissolved yeast water into the flour while stirring the flour with chopsticks. When the mixture begins to thicken, add salt and continue stirring.
2. Pour the dough on the countertop and knead it by hand for 10 to 15 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Put the kneaded dough back into the bowl, cover it with a wet cloth or plastic wrap, and put it in a warm place for fermentation 1 to 2 hours, or until the volume of the dough doubles.
3. After fermentation, take out the dough and pat it gently to deflate. Divide the dough into several small doughs, and then knead them into round steamed buns.
4. Put the steamer in the steamer, put a layer of wet cloth on it, and put the steamed bread on it, leaving enough space, because they will expand during cooking. Cover the lid and steam over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the steamed bread is completely cooked.
5. After turning off the fire, wait a few minutes, and then open the lid to prevent the steamed bread from collapsing due to sudden cooling. Take out the steamed bread, put it on the shelf and cool it for a while, then you can enjoy it.
