Main material:
Arctic sweet shrimp 400g
Seasoning:
About 8 dried red peppers, 1 tablespoon of pepper, 1 handful of coriander, 5 cloves of garlic, 4 slices of ginger, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine 1/2 tablespoons, fine sugar 1 teaspoon, sesame oil 1 teaspoon, hot sauce 1 teaspoon and appropriate amount of vegetable oil.
Method steps:
1, put pandalus borealis in the freezer, freeze and thaw, then dry the excess water, put it in a hot oil pan and fry until the shrimp shell is golden and crisp, then take it out and drain the excess oil for later use. Because pandalus borealis is cooked, the oil temperature should be higher when frying, and the shrimps should be dried as much as possible to avoid the aging of the shrimps and the impact on the taste.
2. Pour off the excess oil in the fried oil pan, leave a little base oil in the pan, add the chopped ginger, coriander, dried red pepper, pepper and minced garlic to stir-fry until fragrant, and then add the hot sauce to stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the pre-fried pandalus borealis, and add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, cooking wine 1/2 tablespoons, fine sugar 1 teaspoon and sesame oil 1 teaspoon.
4. Finally, turn to a big fire and stir fry evenly, and then enjoy it.
Tips:
First, after the Arctic sweet shrimp is naturally thawed at room temperature, it is delicious to eat directly after washing with purified water, and its own sweetness and nutrition will not be lost at all.
Second, if you want other ways to eat, it is a very good choice to make salad first, rinse it directly with pure water or cold boiled water, peel off shrimp and mix it with various vegetables and fruits to make salad.
