Ingredients: (Bean paste and taro paste are detailed in the previous tutorial, so I won’t explain them in detail here)
200g flour
2.5g baking powder
p>70-90 ml of warm water according to the situation
Steps:
1. Soak the baking powder in warm water, pour it into the flour, mix it into floc, and continue to add water until Knead all the flour into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour!
2. After half an hour, press to release the air, knead the dough, divide it into equal portions, roll it out thinly, and wrap it in bean paste or taro balls!
3. Flatten the wrapped bean paste bun, roll it into an oval, score stripes with a knife, roll it up from one side into a towel roll, and gently pinch the two corners together!
4. Soak in cold water for 15 minutes!
5. Steam on high heat for 20 minutes and simmer for three minutes!
