Beng Beng Meat Dry Rice is a traditional snack in Jining City, Shandong Province. The staple food is made from local high-quality rice, crystal clear and fragrant, with juice poured into the bowl and Beng meat added, a combination known locally as Beng Beng Meat Dry Rice.
Beng Beng is a vessel for holding food, and Beng Beng meat is meat cooked in Beng Beng. Inside the Beng Beng are added accompanying items such as rolls fried in oil, meatballs wrapped in gluten, tofu skins, seaweed rolls, and tofu.
Development of dishes
Beng Beng Pork Rice is not only limited to Beng Beng Pork, but several other dishes have been added, such as "gluten balls", "rolled tips/rolls and frying", "tofu cubes", "eggs", "tofu", "tofu", and "tofu".
