1. Ingredients: 250 grams of beef louvers, 2-4 cloves of garlic, four shallots, and 3 coriander.
2. Sauce: two spoons of sesame paste, two spoons of vinegar, two spoons of oyster sauce, one spoon of Laoganma, a small amount of light soy sauce, half a spoon of sugar, a small amount of chicken powder, and a small amount of salt.
3. Wash the beef louvers and cut them into strips, blanch them in water for at least 10 minutes, remove and drain and set aside.
4. Chop the garlic and shallot into a bowl together, add all the sauce ingredients, stir evenly and set aside. Cut the coriander into sections, but do not add it to the sauce and stir.
5. Place the drained louvers on a plate, pour the sauce on top, and sprinkle a handful of coriander.
