Why is the tongue of a cooked duck so hot? It's cooked food. I feel like I can't bite it. Oh, I don't have a microwave at home.
You can put the duck tongue in a dish (ceramic or stainless steel), add water to the wok, put the duck tongue in the dish, cover the lid, light the gas and start steaming. Steam for a few minutes or so (after the water boils), and that's it. In the meantime, the water can't dry. If there is enough water, you can add some water.
