1. Ingredients: 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 4 tablespoons finely chopped onion, 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic, 235 milliliters of tomato paste, 15 small tomatoes, cut in half, 70 grams of green olives, chopped, 40 grams of salad greens, drained, chopped, freshly ground black pepper and salt, a pinch of paprika, a pinch of paprika, and 6 cod fillets.
2. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, but be careful not to burn the garlic. Add tomato paste and cherry tomatoes and bring to a boil. Add green olives, salad, salt, black pepper and paprika and mix well.
