Ingredients: 500g kelp.
Accessories: appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of vinegar, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of pickled pepper and appropriate amount of chili oil.
1. First, boil the kelp slices in water and let cool.
