2. Put Korean sweet and spicy sauce, mashed garlic, oyster sauce, honey and soy sauce into a bowl, add some boiling water and stir well.
3. Drain the soaked chicken wings and marinate them in the mixed sauce for 4 hours (I marinated them the next night, which is more delicious).
4. Put the marinated chicken wings in a baking tray and sprinkle with a little black pepper, 180 degree baking 15 minutes.
