How to eat fresh potherb mustard (red)?
Boil some soybeans or peanuts first. Then wash the potherb mustard, cut it into half-inch long pieces, blanch it in boiling water and drain it into a large pot. Add the boiled soybeans or peanuts, then add the right amount of salt and mix well to submerge for a day. Season with vinegar, sesame oil and chili pepper. Remember not to be greedy, drowning for a long time will become acidic.
