1. Cistanche deserticola and Semen Cuscutae Pork Waist Soup
Materials: 6g of Cistanche deserticola, 3g of Semen Cuscutae, 3 pork loins, 1 red dates and 3 slices of ginger.
Practice: Remove the core from Cistanche deserticola and Semen Cuscutae, soak the pork loin for a while, wash it, cut it to remove the dirt, pick off the white fat film with a knife tip, and then wash it repeatedly with salt and slice it. Then put it in a clay pot with ginger, add 25 ml of clear water, about 1 bowls of water, first boil it with strong fire, then simmer it for 2 hours, and add appropriate amount of salt and oil. This amount can be used by 3-4 people, and pork loin can be picked up and mixed with soy sauce to accompany meals.
2, papaya peanut sparerib soup
materials: a fresh cooked papaya (about 5g), 1g of dried fresh peanut kernels, 25g of fresh pork ribs, and proper amount of seasoning.
Practice: Wash fresh papaya, peel and remove the core, and cut it into coarse pieces for later use. Wash the impurities of dried fresh peanut kernels with clear water, wash the blood stains of fresh pork ribs with clear water, cut them into coarse pieces, and add refined salt to mix well. 3. Lemon sesame soup
Ingredients: one or two black sesame seeds, half lemon, one Sydney, one egg (or four quail eggs) and six red dates.
practice: after washing black sesame seeds, put them in a blender and mix them evenly, and beat them into paste. Sliced lemon. Put two bowls of water in the pot, first boil the red dates (remove the core) for ten minutes, then add the Sydney (cut into pieces). 6. Lotus root and burdock soup
