Milk, eggs and cod liver oil also contain a certain amount of vitamin E; Animal foods such as meat and fish, and non-green vegetables such as fruits have little vitamin E content. Lettuce, cabbage and cauliflower are vegetables with high vitamin E content.
Vegetable oil squeezed from kiwifruit, nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts), lean meat, milk, eggs, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, corn, olives, peanuts and camellia. Including safflower, soybean, cottonseed and wheat germ (the most abundant one), spinach and kale, sweet potato and yam. Lettuce, day lily, Chinese cabbage, cabbage and other green leafy vegetables are vegetables with more vitamin E.
Cod liver oil also contains some vitamin e.
