Meatballs cooked in cabbage soup are delicious. Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients: pork, Chinese cabbage, vermicelli, starch, hot stock, salad oil, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, pepper, Refined salt and MSG.
Steps:
1. Chop the pork into minced meat, add salt, starch and Shaoxing wine, mix well, stir and squeeze into meatballs;
2. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into thick shreds, soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft, then rinse with cold water and set aside;
3. Put the Chinese cabbage into a large bowl greased with salad oil and cover it , cook over high heat for 4 minutes;
4. Add vermicelli, hot stock, meatballs and pepper, refined salt, MSG, cover, cook over high heat for 10 minutes, and drizzle with sesame oil.
