How to stir-fry chicken offal
Ingredients:
15g of pickled lotus root, 1g of chicken gizzard, 5g of chicken liver, 5g of chicken heart, 1g of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 garlic sprout, 2 Vitex negundo L., 1g of edible oil, 3g of cooking wine, 2g of soy sauce, 2g of salt and 1g of pepper.
2. Shredded ginger, sliced garlic, sliced garlic seedlings and sliced Vitex negundo;
3. Pour oil in a hot pan until the oil temperature reaches 5%, add chicken offal and stir well, then add garlic sprout, Vitex negundo, ginger, garlic, pepper and pickled lotus root and stir-fry for 3 minutes;
4. Finally, add a proper amount of salt and sugar, stir-fry evenly and serve.
Tip:
Pay attention when buying chicken offal. If it is red and feels super hard, I suggest you not buy it, because this kind of chicken offal is equivalent to caked muscle, which is not easy to taste, and the meat is dead and difficult to chew.
