Sesame porridge needs to be fried, as follows:
1. Put black sesame seeds in a clean pot and fry them until they are cooked. If what you buy is cooked sesame seeds, you'd better fry them again, so that sesame seeds are more fragrant.
2. cool the freshly fried sesame seeds and put them in the grinder of a blender to grind them into fine powder.
3. Put the elutriation-free rice into a blender and grind it into broken rice with grinding function. Stir-fried broken rice not only shortens the time to cook porridge, but also makes porridge more viscous.
4. Add a proper amount of water to the broken rice and boil it into a thick rice congee. After the porridge is boiled, add rock sugar and turn off the heat. Sprinkle black sesame powder on rice porridge and stir well.
