In addition, anchovies are also the common name for guppies, an ornamental fish of the family Killidae native to South America. All colorful ornamental "anchovies" generally refer to guppies (such as the entry in the album). Anchovies are distributed in Guyana, the East China Sea and the South China Sea;

3. Tips for raising anchovies
1. If the fish mother gives birth to a small number of babies, fish them out as soon as possible. If the fish gives birth to too many and it is troublesome, let them go first and let them go. The big fish eats up the weak fish, leaving the strong ones behind. But don’t let the big fish eat too much. After taking it out, use the water in the original tank to raise it in a container of appropriate size. Do not feed or change the water on the first day to allow the small fish to absorb the yolk and stabilize.
2. On the second day, you can feed some brine shrimp and tiny water earthworms appropriately. Pay attention to putting it in several times. Putting too much at one time may cause waste. This is not to say that they can't finish eating, but that as soon as they suck this thing into their mouths, their eyes see that one again, so they spit out the thing in their mouths and go to eat the other one. Putting less at a time will easily cause the small fish to compete for food, which will invisibly strengthen their exercise and make them grow faster. Moreover, small fish are more likely to suffocate than big fish, so the amount of feeding must be controlled.
3. If there is no live food, frozen food can also be used, but be careful not to be too cold to avoid irritating the small fish. I don’t have many brine shrimp eggs, and one hatch is not enough for them to eat a meal, so I often grind the bait for big fish into powder and feed it to them, and they like it very much. Note that when feeding artificial bait, it is enough to see that the belly of the small fish is a little bulging. Artificial bait will absorb water, and it will easily suffocate to death if fed too much.
4. The temperature should not exceed 27 degrees, and try to keep the water temperature constant. If the temperature is too low, white spot disease will occur. Last time, white spot disease broke out in my fish tank and several small fish died. It was not until the temperature was raised that there was improvement. Be sure to change the water frequently. Use a very thin and soft leather tube to carefully suck out the dirt on the bottom for about a week, and then add some new water that has been exposed to the sun.
IV. Feeding precautions
1. The tank in which small fish are raised must not shake significantly. If the small fish is frightened, it may not eat for several days or even die.
2. Small fish can be mixed with big fish when they grow to two centimeters, because the big fish may give birth to new baby fish after a month.
