1, spicy dried whitebait
Materials:
200 grams of dried whitebait, salt, chicken essence, onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper, cooking wine, vegetable oil.
Exercise:
(1) Wash the dried whitebait and soak it in clear water for 5 minutes. Don't soak it very soft.
(2) Ginger and garlic are minced, onion is minced, and dried pepper is diced for later use;
(3) adding oil to a hot pot, heating, and adding dried whitebait to stir-fry with low fire;

Materials:
