The selected drugs are Erzhi Pill, Zuogui Pill, Liuwei Dihuang Pill, Yanshou Dan, Jiannao Bushen Tablet, Zishen Ningshen Pill, Ejiao Polygonum Multiflori Juice, Bushen Yangxue Pill, etc.

3. Yin and Yang deficiency type. The main symptoms are dizziness, headache, fatigue, palpitation, shortness of breath, insomnia and dreaminess, soreness of waist and knees, frequent urination at night, pale complexion, chills and cold limbs, or edema of lower limbs, tender tongue, white fur, and heavy or thin pulse. The selected drugs include holly tree nourishing juice, Shenqi Erxian tablets, Guilujiao pills, Zhuangyao Shen Jian pills, Shuanglong nourishing cream and compound Yanghongtu tablets.
