Exercise:
1. Add cooking oil to the head of shrimp, fry it in air at 160 degrees for 25 minutes, and take it out in about 20 minutes to prevent it from being fried.

Use of shrimp oil:
Fried rice with shrimp oil: used as base oil, fried rice will have a fresh taste.
Noodles with shrimp oil: similar to onion oil, with two spoonfuls of soy sauce and one spoonful of oyster sauce, the noodles are very fragrant.
Shrimp soup: use shrimp oil as base oil, stir-fry until fragrant, and then heat the water, and the boiled soup will be delicious.
