Ingredients
Main ingredients: 500g cured pork ribs, 300g sauerkraut, 2 garlics
Accessory ingredients: 4 dried chili peppers, 10g ginger, Sichuan peppercorns 1 gram, 30 ml of light soy sauce, 1 gram of chicken powder, 20 ml of cooking oil
1. Prepare chopped waxed pork ribs.
2. Soak in cold water for 2 hours, changing the water 2 to 3 times in between.
3. Soak the cured pork ribs and blanch them in water.
4. Wash and drain the blanched pork ribs.
5. Prepare sauerkraut and ingredients.
6. Pour cooking oil into the pot, add dried chili peppers, ginger and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry.
7. Stir-fry the pork ribs until fragrant.
8. Stir-fry over low heat until the ribs are slightly browned and add light soy sauce.
9. Stir-fry until evenly colored.
10. Add enough hot water.
11. Bring to a boil over high heat and transfer to a casserole.
12. Cover, turn to medium-low heat and simmer.
13. Stew for about 40 minutes.
14. Add the sauerkraut cut previously.
After 15 or 20 minutes, add chicken powder to enhance the flavor.
16. Finally add garlic sprouts, cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat and enjoy slowly.
