Papaya, Peanut and Chicken Feet Soup
Ingredients: papaya (green papaya is best), chicken feet, peanuts, barley.
Seasoning: salt, chicken essence.
Method:
1. Ingredients processing: Peel and cut papaya into pieces, remove nails from chicken feet and blanch them.
2. Put chicken feet, peanuts, barley into the pot, ginger slices, water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
3. Add papaya, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste.
