Fried rice noodles with eggs: rice noodles 150g, 2 eggs, oil 10g, 50g Xiaotang food, 2 red peppers, 3g salt, 5g sugar and 2 tbsp oyster sauce.
Exercise:
1. shred red pepper, divide Xiaotang vegetables into stems and leaves, cut them into vegetables respectively, cut onions into sections for later use, and soak rice noodles in clear water 10 minute to soften;
