Peel the loofah and scrape it gently to keep the green surface as much as possible.

Loofah is cut into pieces with hob. Shrimp is soaked in water first. Onion is cut into small pieces. Carrots are shredded.

Saute the garlic in the pan first, and then saute the shrimp.
