White sugar is sucrose.

Characteristics of white granulated sugar
White granulated sugar is one of the best quality of table sugar. Its particles are crystalline, uniform, white in color, pure sweetness, slightly less sweet than brown sugar. Commonly used in cooking. Mian white sugar is powdered, suitable for cooking purposes, sweetness and white sugar is almost the same.
Silver white sugar has refined sugar and the soil law of the two kinds of sugar. The former white color, crystal grain fine and soft, good quality; the latter color yellowish slightly dark, poor quality. White sugar and white sugar just crystal size is different, granulated sugar crystal particles, containing very little water, while the crystal particles of white sugar is small, containing more water.
