3. Boil water in the pan, add dried potato shreds and drop a few drops of vinegar.
4. After boiling again, take it out, dry it, and let it cool.
5. Add sesame oil, minced garlic, salt and monosodium glutamate into shredded potatoes. If you like spicy food, add some shredded pepper and mix well.
Method 4:
Raw materials: potato, red pepper, mint leaves, appropriate amount of seasoning, shredded red pepper, salt, white pepper, white vinegar, monosodium glutamate and olive oil
