Basic materials
Amorphophallus konjac, black dates, one sweet potato (middle), two corns (cut into pieces), two bean bags, several mushrooms and black sesame oil.
Practice steps
1.Put the four things into the pot, add five bowls of water to boil, and pour out the soup for use. Put the residue into three bowls.
2. Boil in water and collect it with the previous soup for later use.
3. Put black sesame oil and mushrooms in the pot and saute until fragrant, add bean curd, and then put the soup collected above into it.
4. Add sweet potatoes, konjac, black dates and corn and steam them in an electric cooker.
You can also add yam, lily, lotus seed, ginkgo, red dates, etc.

Sun Yat-sen's version of "Siwutang" is day lily, fungus, tofu and bean sprouts.
Day lily, also known as lily, is rich in vitamin A, cellulose and iron. It has the effects of promoting diuresis and cooling blood, can treat edema, sand stranguria, epistaxis and hematochezia, and can also strengthen stomach, tonify spleen and relieve constipation. Auricularia auricula is listed as a Chinese product in Shennong Materia Medica Classic, which has the functions of nourishing blood, promoting blood circulation and astringing, and is a good food for patients with bloody dysentery, hemorrhoids, postpartum weakness, metrorrhagia and leukorrhagia. Auricularia auricula is rich in protein, vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other substances. Tofu and bean sprouts are bean products invented in China, which have the characteristics of good quality, low price and rich nutrition. They not only completely retain the nutrients such as protein, fat and vitamins contained in soybeans, but also are more easily absorbed and utilized by the human body. Day lily, fungus, tofu and bean sprouts have the greatest advantages of vegetarianism. The significance of vegetarianism to health and longevity is well known, and Dr. Sun Yat-sen's "Siwutang" can also be called a good vegetarian food.
Recipe 3
The method of siwu soup for black-bone chicken: Boil the black-bone chicken with boiling water to remove foam and wash it. Wash the raw materials of siwu soup in cold water, put them into a TEA FILTER, (or tie them up with a COFFEE FILTER.) Soak two fragrant flowers and three pieces of ginger. After the water in the casserole is boiled, put the above materials in, and after 2 spoonfuls of rice wine is boiled, simmer for 2-3 hours. Eat chicken and drink soup.
Because of the cultivated land, the soup is very dark, and the chicken is also black, so it looks really bad. This soup is relatively strong, and many people will not be used to it. However, Siwutang is composed of four kinds of traditional Chinese medicines: Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata. It is a classic prescription for enriching blood and nourishing blood. Together with silky fowl, it has a good nourishing effect on women.
Recipe 4
Take 9g of Angelica sinensis, 8g of Ligusticum Chuanxiong, 0/2g of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 0/0g of parched Radix Paeoniae Alba, 5 red dates and a little brown sugar, then add water to boil, and then cook 15 minutes. Drink it twice a day, about 100ml each time.
