Exercise:
The first step is to mix the dough.
First, take about half a bag of milk and a small piece of butter, put the butter in the milk and heat it in the microwave oven, and the butter will melt. Stir well and heat. Just use self-raising flour for flour. While pouring the milk, stir and knead it into pieces, about 10 minutes. When the dough is smooth, cover it and leave it in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step two, fry the pizza sauce.
Chop the onion and melt a small piece of butter in the pot. Stir-fry onion, add tomato sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
The third step is microwave pie.
Just use the iron plate that comes with the microwave oven. Hey, hey, apply salad oil, push the dough into a cake shape by hand, fork the small hole with a fork, and turn it for 5 minutes (it will open in about 2 minutes, and the surface is a little dry, so you can take it out.
Step four, put on pizza sauce and cheese.
Spread the fried sauce and spread a layer of flaky cheese (I use mozzarella cheese, which has the effect of drawing). Don't overlap when spreading cheese, just put one layer, and then put your favorite materials. I put sandwich ham (bacon is needed, but I don't have it at home, so I use this instead), sweet corn, anchovies and mushrooms, and I can put them as I like.
The fifth step is almost finished.
Put it in the microwave oven, heat it for about 15 minutes (the time depends on the size of the cake, you can open it half way), then take it out, sprinkle with filiform mozzarella, cover it, it will be more delicious, then put it in, barbecue it for 5 minutes, open it for 2 minutes, and try it with a fork. If it's easy to insert, it won't stick to the surface when you take it out, and cheese can also be brushed.
