The registration method is as follows:

1. Enter the Liaoning Personnel Examination Network interface and click Register.

2. The registration agreement will be displayed on the screen. After reading, click Accept.

3. The registration instructions will be displayed on the screen. After reading, click Next.

4. Enter the registration information entry interface, where the asterisked items are required; for the ID number, you can choose to use your ID card, military officer ID card, passport or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan resident ID card to register. The email address and password retrieval questions must be remembered in order to retrieve the password.
