Steamed eggplant with minced meat
Try to choose round eggplant, cut it into thick slices after washing, and cut it again in the middle. Don't cut to the end Insert minced meat in the middle, tidy it up (as shown above), and then steam it in a cage for about 12 minutes.
Take it out of the cage and pour it into the prepared juice while it is hot (I use garlic leaves, mashed garlic, pepper, soy sauce and vinegar) or make it according to my favorite taste.
