How to eat dried shrimp: steamed dried shrimp

Ingredients: 50g vermicelli, 100g dried shrimp, appropriate amount of olive oil, appropriate amount of corn flour, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of chicken powder, appropriate amount of water.
