Tomato and mushroom soup

Tomato 1, tofu 100g, egg 1, Flammulina velutipes, Lentinus edodes.
working methods
Peel tomatoes and cut into small pieces, cut tofu into small pieces, slice mushrooms and peel Flammulina velutipes;
Stir-fry tomatoes in oil, stir-fry mushrooms, add 500ml cold water and tofu and cook for 4 minutes. Add Flammulina velutipes, salt, soy sauce, white pepper and vinegar to taste.
Broccoli bean curd soup

Broccoli, tofu 120g, eggs 1, and 3 mushrooms.
working methods
Cut tofu into small pieces, cut broccoli into small flowers, slice mushrooms, fry eggs into egg rolls and cut them into strips;
After the water is boiled, pour in tofu and mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes. Pour in the omelet strips and don't boil the flowers for 2 minutes. Add white pepper, salt and light soy sauce to taste.
Kelp tofu soup

4 or 5 kelp knots, tofu 150g, wax gourd 1 small pieces.
working methods
Soak kelp knots in water in advance, cut tofu into small pieces, peel and slice wax gourd;
Boil the water in wax gourd, tofu and kelp knots for 5-6 minutes, then add white pepper and salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Bean skin mushroom soup

Bean curd skin 120g, auricularia auricula, Flammulina velutipes and tomato 1 piece.
working methods
Peel tomato and cut into small pieces, cut bean skin into strips, soak black fungus and peel Flammulina velutipes;
Spray oil in the pan, stir-fry tomato juice, add black fungus, sweet skin of soybean skin, oil and 500ml water: add Flammulina velutipes, salt, soy sauce and white pepper to the water.
Radish soup with falling scales

White radish 1 segment, egg 1 piece, medlar and shallot 1 small handful.
working methods
Pan spray flaxseed to fry poached eggs, and cut/shred white radish;
Boil, add poached eggs and cook until the soup turns white;
Add shredded radish and cook for 4 minutes. Season with salt and white pepper and sprinkle with Lycium barbarum.
Cucumber egg drop soup

Cucumber 1, auricularia auricula 1, egg 1, tomato 1.
working methods
Soak black fungus, slice cucumber, peel and cut tomatoes, and break eggs;
Spray oil in the pot, add tomato juice, add auricularia auricula and 500ml water and boil for 3 minutes;
Season with white pepper, salt, soy sauce and vinegar, and finally sprinkle with eggs.
