Four, passion fruit lemon boneless chicken feet:

Cooking method: chicken feet, nails, ginger slices, cooking wine, cold water 10 minutes. Take it out, wash it and soak it in ice for 20 minutes. Cut from the line, twist the joint and boneless. Two spoonfuls of minced garlic, Chili noodles and white sesame seeds, respectively, topped with hot oil. 6 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mature vinegar, a little salt and 2 tablespoons sugar, mix well. Pour the chicken feet with sauce, add lemon, coriander, passion fruit and millet spicy, mix well and marinate for one hour.

Five, spiced peanut butter:

Prepare ingredients: wash peanuts.

Cooking method: 5 tablespoons soy sauce and salt, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, water without peanuts. Add star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, garlic, dried Chili, sugar, ginger and pepper, cover and cook for 30 minutes, then turn off the fire and soak for 3 hours.

Six, hot and sour radish diced:

Prepare ingredients: peel and cut radish, add two spoonfuls of sugar, marinate for one hour, remove, wash and drain.

Cooking method: 8 tablespoons of rice vinegar, sugar 1 spoon, half a spoon of salt, 2 pieces of millet spicy, boiled in cold water, and finally put radish. Stir well and refrigerate for two days.
