This time I steamed four layers of water chestnut cake, so the first time I just poured in a quarter of the water chestnut powder slurry and steamed it for 5 minutes, then poured in the water chestnut powder slurry layer by layer and steamed it for 5 minutes each... and so on... about 20 All four layers of water chestnut cake are steamed in just minutes.
9. This is the second layer that has been steamed. I am going to add the third layer of water chestnut powder. Because milk is used this time, it is milky white. According to everyone's preferences and tastes, you can use white sugar, yellow sugar, or red sugar.
10. The water chestnut cake that has just been steamed is still very hot, and there is still a lot of water vapor on the surface, so it is still very soft. If you eat it at this time, it will not taste that good.
11. The water chestnut cake will change color and harden after cooling. Only at this time can it be smooth and moderate to eat.
