Ingredients: pork belly, noodles;
Accessories: onion, mushroom, pepper, fragrant leaves, star anise, egg white, green vegetables, shredded cucumber, ginger, garlic, oil, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine;
Steps:
1. Pork belly cut into pieces and marinated with salt, cooking wine, egg white and soy sauce;
2. Chop mushrooms;
3. Pour the oil into the pot, stir-fry ginger, garlic, pepper, fragrant leaves and star anise, take them out, and add rock sugar to melt them;
4. Stir-fry the meat, add onions and mushrooms, pour in soy sauce and soy sauce, and sprinkle with salt;
5. Add water and stew in the pressure cooker for half an hour;
