Steps of handmade original beef jerky
1. Buy a catty of beef and cut it into thick slices as shown in the figure, not too thick, otherwise it will not dry easily. After cutting, rinse it with clear water a little and fish it up.
2. Cut the ginger slices, put the onion segments into an iron pot, add water until the beef is over, boil over medium heat, and cook over low heat for about three minutes.
3. Rinse the cooked beef slightly with water to wash off the floating foam. Then stir-fry the beef directly without putting oil in the wok until it becomes a little discolored, add a proper amount of warm water, not too much, and then add a tablespoon of soy sauce, a tablespoon of cooking wine, a proper amount of salt, a little rock sugar or powdered sugar, pepper and spiced powder. Then cover the lid and stew for about 20 minutes, open the lid and stir fry until the water is collected and the surface is dry. Be careful not to fry it ~
4. Preheat the oven 120℃ for 5 minutes, put the dried beef on the baking net and put it on the middle layer. Underneath the baking tray. Middle and lower layers 120℃ for 30 minutes.
5. Pad the baking tray, pay attention to observation during baking, and have your own requirements to lengthen or shorten the baking time.
6. Take the roasted beef jerky out of the oven, let it cool, and then you can bottle it ~ You can eat your own beef safely.
Self-made beef jerky should be eaten as soon as possible. If you can't finish it, you can put it in a ventilated and dry place, or you can air-dry it directly. The air-dried beef jerky is not easy to go bad and can be preserved for a long time. If it is a dry area in the north, the beef jerky can be preserved for about 2 months if it is properly preserved. If it is in the south, it is best to air-dry the beef jerky and then preserve it. The method of air-drying is to open the paper bag or plastic bag containing beef jerky to air-dry, so that it can be stored for 1 month, but it should be observed at any time, and this method is not suitable for the south of the supermarket. If it is in the south, you can put the beef jerky in a fresh-keeping bag, clip the mouth of the bag with a snack clip and eat it within one month. When the weather is too hot, it is best to make sure that the beef jerky has no excess water and put it in the refrigerator for freezing, but in this case, it can't be kept for long.
