Steps to stir-fry dried tofu pudding with pork belly
1. Prepare all the above ingredients for later use.
2. Pork belly is put into the pot in cold water, and a spoonful of white wine and a few slices of ginger are poured into the pot to cook15-20 minutes or so (because it takes a long time to cook the hair on the pigskin to pull it out)
3. Cut all the ingredients for later use. After the hair tongs on the pork belly skin are clean, rinse them, absorb moisture and put them in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before taking them out and slicing them.
4. Heat the pan, first add star anise and ginger slices, then stir-fry the pork belly in the pan until the oil comes out, add proper cooking wine and white sugar and stir-fry for a while.
5. Add a tablespoon of Pixian bean paste and continue to stir fry until it tastes good.
6. Add a proper amount of soy sauce garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant.
7. Add green and red peppers and dried beancurd, stir-fry and break.
8. Finally, add garlic seedlings, stir-fry and cut off, pour in a proper amount of soy sauce, and sprinkle a small amount of edible salt to taste.

1. Pork belly will be better cut after being frozen for about 20 minutes.
2. It is better to add the auxiliary materials step by step, which will taste better.
