Simple and Delicious Desserts

Desserts may be tasted in some western style restaurants, but in fact, the practice is quite simple, and very healthy and delicious. Here is my share of simple and delicious pastry practice, welcome to your reference!

1. Banana Rolls

The old classic "fruit, carbs" combo - this time it's the beloved banana, oatmeal pancakes and peanut butter.

To make:

2 pancakes

1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter or sunflower butter

2 peeled bananas

1. Lay out one pancake and spread with an even layer of peanut butter.

2. Roll up a whole banana starting from the edge of the pancake.

3. Cut into sizes to your liking.

4. Repeat the above steps for the second one.

Note: If the pancakes are hard, you can put them in the microwave with 2 wet paper towels on top and bottom and heat them up for 1520 seconds and they will be much better.

2. Hummus with Seasonal Vegetables

In a small container is a delicious mix of high protein and vegetables.

Ingredients:

- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained

- 1 clove of garlic

- 1/4 cup of olive oil

- Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

- 2 Tablespoons of sesame seed paste

- Kosher salt (coarse-grained)

- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne powder

- 12 Carrot Sticks

-12 Celery Sticks

-12 Sundried Fruit

(-4 glass jars)

3. Oatmeal Almond Butter Apple Sandwiches

Ingredients are very simple and it takes only 5 minutes from preparation to completion.

Ingredients:

- One apple, seeded and sliced

- Almond butter

- Cereal

Note: You can spread a little more almond butter between the two slices of apple.

4. Yogurt Frozen Blueberries

The snack looks like a dumpling, but this one is special, with yogurt as the skin and blueberries as the filling.

Ingredients:

- Equal amounts of blueberries and yogurt (we used Greek blueberry nonfat yogurt, you can use other, in any case, both are delicious)

Preparation:

1. Wash the blueberries

2. Find a tray and line it with tinfoil

3. Let each blueberry into the yogurt "bath" until they're all evenly coated with yogurt

4. Place the tray in the fridge and chill for at least an hour

5. Roast the chickpeas

It takes about 45-60 minutes to roast them thoroughly, then choose your favorite seasoning to make.

Ingredients

-2 cans of chickpeas (chickpeas), or about 4 cups of dried beans cooked 'chickpeas'

-2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Your choice of seasoning

To make:

1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2 Prepare the chickpeas, wash and towel dry.

3 Roast for 45-60 minutes (or until all beans are crunchy. You can take them out once to see if they're mushy and taste if they're still soft before making a decision).

4 Immediately after you take them out, add the olive oil and seasonings and toss well. The flavors are at their best right out of the oven, and they were all good the first day, and will keep in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Seasoning Suggestions:

-1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

-1 teaspoon cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 2 tablespoons honey (you can bake in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes after you've added these)

-1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 heads of fresh garlic, finely minced, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Grated fresh garlic, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp salt
