Appropriate amount of oysters, salt, chicken essence, garlic, pepper, vegetable oil and pepper.
Steps:
1. Carefully scrub the oyster shell with a brush and rinse the oyster meat with clear water.
2. Peel and chop garlic into minced garlic, and cut wild peppers into rings for later use;

7. Put the oysters in the lower layer of the oven and bake on low heat for about 20 minutes until the oyster meat shrinks slightly;
8. Finally, bake 1 to 2 minutes with high and low fire until the garlic turns yellow.
