How to make salmon head soup?
Salmon is the first one, and I am the only one in my family to drink, so I can use half a fish head. Remove the gills and clean them.
Add oil to a hot pan, add fish pieces and fry until both sides are yellow, or you can add them whole.
Add a proper amount of ginger slices and onion segments to stir-fry slightly. Don't put any other seasonings, the fish soup itself is delicious.
Pour in the right amount of boiling water, preferably without crossing the fish head. Cook on high fire for 5 minutes. Simmer 10 minute.
Add rapeseed and stew for 2 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and take out the pot. Delicious fish soup, serve
