Raw materials: pure coffee, white coffee, milk, light cream, powdered sugar, gillette chips, chiffon cake, chocolate.
Practice steps:
Step 1, bought two boxes of white coffee, the taste is okay, but because it is two-in-one, the flavor is not as strong as the pure, so the two kinds of coffee with a together to make this cake. Both coffees were put into a bowl
Step 2: Boil the milk for the coffee and stir well
Step 3: Soften the giletto with cold water
Step 4: Stir well into the coffee milk and allow the giletto to melt, then allow to cool and set aside.
Step 5: Add the powdered sugar to the light cream
Step 6: Stir until the tip of the triangle is lifted up, i.e., 8 minutes of whipping
Step 7: Add the whipped cream into the coffee mixture
Step 8: Toss well to make the coffee mousse mixture.
Step 9: Slice the cake slightly smaller than the mold
Step 10: Wrap the mold with tinfoil to prevent the mousse liquid from flowing out, then pour the mousse liquid into it, and chill it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours to let it solidify
Step 11: To make it look nicer, I handmade a flower and a leaf out of chocolate for decoration
