Stir-fried leeks with shredded tofu: Ingredients: 250g leeks, 100g shredded tofu, 75g peanut oil, 2g refined salt, 15g white soy sauce, 1g MSG.
Preparation method: (1) Select fresh and tender leeks with wide leaves and green roots, remove the old leaves and yellow tips, wash and drain, and cut into 3 mm long segments.
