Select Guangxi taro, peel and cut into pieces.
Slice the five-flower meat, mix well with soy sauce and salt oil, marinate for half an hour.
Set the taro on a plate and lay the sliced pork on top of the taro. Salt the taro and drizzle with soy sauce and oil.
