Long-horned screws are what we often call snails. They are a popular food ingredient. Especially in summer, screws are often eaten at food stalls or night markets. The most classic way to eat screws is probably to fry them. In fact, it is not difficult to make. As long as you have the ingredients and master the method, you can cook it at home.
